1. Sales Director/ Senior Regional Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager (1011/05)
Location: Indonesia
 
Responsibilities:
 
Report to: Managing Director
  • Startup new operation
  • Strategize pricing and marketing development
  • Strategize logistics
  • Expand customer base
  • Identify, plan and distribute the right products to the right customers
  • Control and perform whole cycle of sales (operations savvy)
  • Constantly achieve and outperform sales targets
  • Demonstrate good management to establish a motivated and effective sales team in alignment to the organizations success and growth in the market place
  • Be commitment to the company – willing and able to take hardship

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Sales General, Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

2. Sales Manager (2122/02)
 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand company products and able to explain/present to customers.
  • Sourcing and prospecting of new opportunities and leads, through various marketing channels including telemarketing, social media.
  • Work with Marketing team to generate sales leads
  • Conceptualize business solutions to address customers business challenges
  • Build and develop a long-term relationship with customers
  • Closing of deals
  • Prepare sales forecasts and report to sales director regularly
  • Allow to work from home.
  • Able to produce result is the only concern.
  • Require to take up regonal role and train oversea distributor.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): basic accounting, HR management.

3. Sales Manager (2120/02)
 

Responsibilities:
• Gather business requirements and map it with products and services provided by the company
• Sourcing and prospecting of new opportunities and leads, through various marketing channels including telemarketing, social media
• Conceptualize business solutions to address customers business challenges
• Preparation of proposal in close cooperation with the consulting teams
• Be able to present and demonstrate our solution clearly and convincingly
• Build and develop a long-term relationship with customers
• Closing of deals
• Prepare sales forecasts and report to sales director regularly
• Work with Marketing team to generate sales leads

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree
• Candidate with basic accounting, HR management and business management knowledge will be an advantage
• 3-4 years relevant experience in IT solution selling and consulting

(Singapore)

 

Responsibilities:

5. Analyst Programmer / Systems Analyst (5221/03)


Responsibilities:

Provide application support as well as gather and analyse users’ requirements of new systems or enhancements of existing systems
Provide enterprise-wide application support and be involved in various stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Conduct user-equipment analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and enhancement to existing systems
Plan and coordinate training for end-users for any system implementation or enhancement
Applicants who are selected for senior positions will be expected to lead and manage the complete SDLC   from project initiation to implementation

Requirements:


Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 2 years of relevant IT experience
At least 4 – 6 years of working experience in ASP.NET, mobile computing, C#, C/C++, VB6, HTML, XML, MS SQL Server 2005/2008, Unix or Windows 2000/2003/2008 is required for senior positions
Working experience in using Wireless system, Imaging technology an advantage
 

6. Test Analyst / Test Lead /Senior Test Lead(5251/05)


Responsibilities:
This role is a hands-on testing position that requires a working knowledge of  business knowledge and interpretation of business requirements combined with knowledge of Software Quality Assurance practices.
He/She should be naturally curious, passionate about solving business problems through high-quality solutions and passion for quality assurance/testing.
He/She should be able to create and follow test plans.
He/She must be able to work with Business Users to create and define test scenarios through all parts of the development lifecycle for Systems/Product Test, End-to-End and prep for UAT, including critical path analysis for successful project delivery.
He/She must be flexible in meeting the needs of a challenging, fast-paced business environment.
 
1. Work closely with developers, business stakeholders and act as an integral part of the software development team using an iterative development process.
2. Create Test Scripts and/or Test Plans.
3. Maintain and update existing automated test scripts (QTP).
4. Provide test estimates and maintain testing schedules.
5.  Develop test cases, test procedures; and create test data sets. Use automation and other testing tools, as appropriate.
6. Perform the various types of testing using both black and white-box testing techniques:
7.  Measure software complexity, size, stability, and quality; compute and analyze metrics to identify trends, test coverage, cause-and-effect relationships, etc.
8. Adopt a rigorous, quantitative approach to measuring and delivering software quality
9. Manage the test environment including controlling builds into the environment.
10. Proven ability to multitask, manage concurrent global project efforts, and work under pressure with minimal supervision in a team environment.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Quantity Survey, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Strong critical reasoning, verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
For Test Analyst, minimum of 3-6 years of hands-on testing, as part of a team.
For Test Lead, minimum of 3-6 years of hands-on testing and at least more than 2 years of managing mulitple projects
Prefer knowledge and experience in Test-Driven Development.
Proficient in testing complex systems involving multiple applications
Knowledge of component based development and web services.
Awareness of current technological trends especially in testing techniques.
Advanced knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies.
