PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Site measurement is required to confirm the basic product range.
  2. The basic product range does not include modifications. Any modification to the basic set will be subject to additional charges (e.g. adjustments to suit ceiling height and side pillars).
  3. The HWB® bed frame will remain in position at any angle when released, subject to the recommended maximum load.
  4. Factory mattress weight (Singapore Size) recommendations:
    a. V & H Series Single – Maximum 30 kg
    b. V & H Series Super Single – Maximum 35 kg
    c. V & H Series Queen – Maximum 45 kg
  5. Upon order confirmation, a minimum deposit of 50% is required.
  6. Estimated delivery: 10–15 days upon final site measurement confirmation, subject to stock availability.
  7. Safety Instructions:
    DO NOT stand in front of the bed legs. DO NOT place your hands on the bed legs while opening or closing the HIDDEN WALL BED®.
  8. Warranty:
    • 10 (5+5) Years – Piston mechanism
    • Lifetime – Metal Bed Frame and Legs
  9. All HWB® HIDDEN WALL BED® V & H Series must be securely mounted using the recommended anchor bolts (wall plugs with nuts).

  11. Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
  12. Free servicing and transportation within the first 10 days after delivery and installation, if required.

  14. Any additional weight added to the front panel after installation must remain within the recommended limits. Rebalancing will be subject to additional charges.
  15. Please ensure the mattress is available at least one (1) day prior to the scheduled installation appointment. In the event of non-availability, a return visit will be necessary, and a labour fee of $180 shall be charged.
